1. There are 12 levers of success in achieving Primary Greatness :

i-    The Lever of Integrity
ii-   The Lever of Contribution
iii-  The Lever of Priority
iv-  The Lever of Sacrifice
v-   The Lever of Service
vi-  The Lever of Responsibility
vii- The Lever of Loyalty
viii-The Lever of Reciprocity
ix-  The Lever of Diversity
x-   The Lever of Learning
xi-  The Lever of Renewal
i-    The Lever of Teaching

2. There are new sources of power in this information world. 

The sources of power are shifting :

From position to persuasion

From charm to character

From control to service and sacrifice

From pride to humility

From credentials to continous learning and improvement

3. There are 4 parts of the Information Age :

First - Raw data or information

Second - Knowledge : where all information is organized around conceptual schemes and paradigms

Third - Systems Thinking : whereby bodies of information are organized with a sense of coherence and wholeness

Fourth - Wisdom : a sense of purpose and principles governs our acquisition of knowledge
